Here are some guidelines of how we work and what we will need:
Shipping
We primarily work on a dropship model.
- We do a combination of drop shipping (direct from supplier to the customer) and occasionally shipping from our warehouse. For new suppliers we prefer drop shipping only, until we can determine how fast the product moves.
- We do occasionally carry consignment stock in our warehouse from several suppliers – but try to only keep items that move quickly in the warehouse, and dropship other items, if they are not in stock.
- Our warehouse is in Gauteng Vereeniging, a few blocks away from Courier Guy's regional distribution centre, allowing us easy access to them. The warehouse is moisture & temperature controlled.
Stock/Order Payment & Customer Shipping
You invoice us and you get paid. Invoicing can be per order/weekly/bi-weekly.
- For drop shipments, direct from supplier to the customer – we will send you the customer order and waybill, you will invoice us and we will make payment - you then ship direct to customer using our waybill.
- At the time of order placement however, we will discuss the shipping method that best suits you – i.e. whether you prefer to use your own courier service, and invoice us accordingly, or whether you will use ours.
- For consignment stock, we normally do interim payments every week, and we do a monthly stocktake, whereafter any adjustments will be paid as well.
Product Pricing
We will need your wholesale/cost price for single units, as well as your recommended RSP.
- Note: We do not work with MOQ’s or Minimum Order Values as a customer may typically purchase a single unit.
- When it comes to freshly baked goods, we do understand there may be a minimal MOQ per batch and we will list as such if applicable.
We will need confirmation if you are VAT registered, and whether pricing provided is inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
Product Information
We will need a detailed product description.
Detailed Product Information:
- Description of product.
- Ingredients (including whether CBD, full spectrum, broad spectrum, isolate, distillate, hemp etc).
- Single serving size/strength (mg THC/CBD if relevant).
- Pack size/strength (total mg THC/CBD per pack if relevant).
- Benefits, uses and effects.
- Dosage or application instructions.
- Shelf life and storage instructions.
- Warnings, allergens and contraindications (if relevant).
Product Images
We will need hi-res product image(s) by flavour, size, strength, variant etc.
Required Images:
- Front and back of product (and sides if applicable).
- Complete labelled & packaged image.
Featured Product Image:
- Recommended image size 1080x1080px (Min 800x800px).
- Note: NO creative/decorative backgrounds (product image only, on a white/transparent background).
Secondary and Additional Product Images:
- Recommended image size 800x800px (Min 500x500px).
- Note: Additional images may be artistic and creative, with backgrounds and styling of your choice.
Contact Details
We will need your brand logo, as well as:
- Contact name, number and email (for order placements).
- VAT Number (if applicable).
