Dosage:
Due to each individual’s physiology, dosages may differ per individual. Therefore “micro-dosing” is recommended which can be increased until the desired dosage is achieved.
Recommended Starting Dose - Regular Strength (330mg):
Start with 2.5ml, 30 minutes to an hour before bed. Increase by 2.5ml every 30 minutes, until dosage requirements are met. This product may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Once the desired dosage requirement have been established, use when needed to alleviate pain, anxiety, insomnia, etc. This product can be used every 4 hours in “micro-doses”.
Raw honey can lead to weight gain if consumed in large amounts. Should you require additional assistance, consider pairing this product with a FECO (Full Extract Cannabis Oil).
Raw honey crystallizes, which is a sure sign of pureness and quality, Do not however heat this product in a microwave, as it destroys beneficial enzymes. If crystallization occurs, simply put the honey in some warm water - it will take some time, so please be patient - it will bring the honey back to its original consistency.

This product is suitable for the whole family to use except children under 12 months. Honey has spores and natural bacteria that infants cannot digest. It is however safe to use for older children and adults as well as our furry friends, excluding cats.
