The front cap is ideally heated with a jet flame lighter (any heat source can be used - lighter, candle, campfire, embers, etc.). The bi-metal cap clicks as soon as the correct vaporization temperature is reached. You can already enjoy the first and even further zips until the cap clicks again and indicates that you need to reheat. Gone are the days when you burned your favorite herb instead of vaporizing it.
