How to mix your sachet:
We have 2 methods of mixing your product depending on your texture preference:
- Hot method, which makes a 500ml sea moss blend gel
- Cold method, which makes a 1 litre liquid sea moss shot
Hot Method
Instructions:
- Empty entire bag into a clean, dry, sealable bottle.
- Add 450ml hot/warm water.
- Stir or blend until all is dissolved.
- Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
- Consume within 2 weeks.
Dosage: 1 to 2 TBSP a day.
Can add your gel to smoothies, yogurt or consume as is.
Cold Method
Instructions:
- Empty entire bag into a 1 litre clean, dry, sealable bottle.
- Add 500ml cold water/juice or a combination of both.
- Seal bottle and shake well until all is dissolved.
- Add remaining 500ml cold water/juice or a combination of both.
- Seal bottle and shake, store in the fridge.
- Consume within 10 days.
Dosage: 100ml liquid shot daily.
Can add your liquid shot to smoothies, drinks or consume as is.

- Wildcraft Sea Moss powder, Pineapple powder, Organic Ginger powder, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Turmeric, Whole Lemon powder, Organic Monk Fruit & Organic Black pepper.
